Gerbie's Salad and Sandwich first opened in Phnom Penh in 2014. It is the first quality salad and sandwich shop which provides an eat-in and takeaway service for those with a limited lunch time or who are on the move. Our cold salads are prepared by our team with the best and freshest ingredients and are carefully packed in our unique designed boxes. These salads are 'made today and gone today', therefore nothing will be kept for the next day. Gerbie's is also known for its one of a kind warm salads which includes the famous beef salad, the delicious crispy squid salad and our most popular one which is the surf and turf. If you fancy something beside salads, we also offer an array of mouth-watering cold and hot baguette sandwiches, open sandwiches and panini that we are sure will hit the spot! So make sure to pop into Gerbie's for your dose of good food!

Our shop has 45 seats and is well air-conditioned. Our first floor has a terrace over looking the bustling street of 51 and Sihanouk Boulevard, right next to the Monument of Independence.

Our staff are well trained and speak a good level of English.
